Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, I grew up happiest outdoors—surfing cold water, climbing trees whenever I could and chasing salty air like it was calling me. I love a good hike, but only if it’s earned (if a car can see the view, I’m not interested). Truthfully, most hikes are just an excuse to find beautiful light and even better scenery—and yes, that includes a little huffing, puffing and the occasional complaint along the way.

In June 2025, I welcomed my first child into the world, a daughter born on the summer solstice and filled with magic. Becoming a mother has expanded my heart in ways I never imagined and completely reshaped how I see beauty—it’s no longer something surface-level, but something found in fleeting, tender moments we wish we could hold onto forever. Her little hand grabbing at the cedar trees, the way her nose scrunches up when she tries something she doesn’t like and the way she shapes her lips to make a little “hoot” sound like an owl, these are the moments I've found beauty in. That perspective carries into everything I create, honoring the quiet, meaningful pieces of life that deserve to be remembered.

   I'm Andria!

I’ve had a camera in my hand for as long as I can remember and even before that my nose was pressed against my mom’s camera, watching the world through her lens. As a kid, I was dressing up my little sister for backyard photoshoots, fully convinced we were destined for the pages of Vogue. That curiosity turned into passion, starting off in high school as a sophomore taking senior photos for $50, burning them onto a CD and delivering them with twine and lace wrapped around them. At 19 I photographed my first wedding (thank you to Sydney and Joey) which set the course for everything that followed.

For years, photography lived alongside my career in physical therapy, a career I knew I was destined for at the age of 16 and with a little schooling started at 21. I loved my patients, I love how rewarding it is to watch someone gain their strength and confidence back. But as I raise my daughter, photography is my full focus and I’m happy to be able to put my focus into her and my art.
